Qualifications

• 5-8+ years experience as HRBP or HR “Generalist”, Talent Leader or Consultant. Support to Commercial function desirable.
• Bachelor degree required
• Knowledge of HR processes: compensation, talent management, talent acquisition, employee & labor relations, workforce planning, and change management.
• Ability to build & foster relationships with business leaders
• Able to manage multiple priorities and interact with multiple functions
• Ability to lead-coordinate small teams
• Demonstrate digital awareness and analytics understanding
• Written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
